Future Property Plans

1. The DA for the ground floor of 75 Bridge Street (the building we own outright) is nearly completed. It won't be long and we'll be able to move Foodcare to it's permanent location. 

2. Prepare a DA for the top floor of 75 Bridge Street for church services in our own building. Once the DA is approved, we'll make the necessary structural changes for the council's safety and accessibility requirements and move in.

3. Make plans and prepare a DA for the property we outrightly own, on Ironbark Road. Those plans will include, but aren't limited to, a permanent building for our church meetings/gatherings and a community garden that will help provide food to give away at Foodcare. 

4. After the church moves it's meeting location to our property, we'll convert the top floor of 75 Bridge St for other purposes, such as offices to rent out to businesses.
